My name is Mary Cox and I have been a licensed practicing Physical Therapist since 1981. During that time, I have treated every diagnosis under the sun. I have worked in dozens of clinics and helped thousands of patients. My patients have not only experienced relief from chronic pain, they have also gained back their mobility and improved their quality of life (naturally, your results may vary. In 2005, I made the decision to open my own manual physical therapy clinic in Costa Mesa, CA. I did in part so I could treat my patients without the constraints insurance companies were placing on me.
Opening my own clinic meant I would be able to spend as much time with my patients as needed to complete 
their treatment; a process that often requires more than just the 30 minutes allotted by insurance companies.
In my private office, I am able to provide one-on-one personalized care for those with pain and dysfunction from head to toe. I believe that God created your unique body, and that I have been blessed with the innate ability to read it and treat it. I specialize in the abdominal & pelvic areas. I treat many other conditions as well.

Mary is amazing. She knows orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic floor physical therapy, as well as techniques usually only by massage therapists ... She understands how parts of the body effect each other. She understands nerve pain ... and gets adhesions like no one else in CA.
